A group training academy for girls ages 10 – 15

Our Committed Player Program (CPP) is a high-level group training and performance curriculum for girls ages 10 – 15. This program is designed for athletes who are committed to regular training and to maximizing their potential in the sport.
This year-round program is MORE than just SKILLS training.
ITS A TRANSFORMATIONAL SYSTEM THAT COMBINES…
- Advanced curriculum-based skill development focused on improving movement skills, game skills, teamwork, and an overall understanding of the game.
- Mental performance coaching that helps build resilience so that your player can problem-solve within the game, bounce back quickly when set-backs occur, and achieve great success on the court.
- Weekly at-home assignments and accountability to ensure that she continues to progress each week in the program.
- Weekly structured, competitive gameplay that provides opportunities for live competitive situations and gameplay.
If your player is ready to train with purpose – and not just show up and go through the motions – this is where that begins!

how the committed player program works
This program requires a 3 month commitment for the opportunity to optimize results for your player. Your initial investment will be for 3 months…after which, your investment will auto-renew on a monthly basis for as long as you remain in the program.
- Based on her age, your athlete will join one of our two training groups:
- 12U (This group is for girls who are between the ages of 10 – 12 years of age)
- 15U (This group is for girls who are between the ages of 13 – 15 years of age)
- Groups will train on Tuesday nights:
- 12U will train from 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm
- 15U will train from 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm
- Groups will compete in structured gameplay and scrimmages on Thursday nights:
- Both 12U and 15U will play from 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm

how to join the committed player program
(here’s our 4 STEP PROCESS)
STEP #1: Submit an Application (Survey)
- We screen for coach-ability, desire, and parent alignment
STEP #2: Schedule a Zoom or Phone Interview (After Application Review)
- This helps us to determine fit and share how our program works.
STEP #3: Attend an Evaluation Session
- Your athlete can join one of our Committed Player Program training sessions so we can assess her attitude, effort, focus, and fit in the program.
STEP #4: Program Enrollment (once it’s determined that there is a good fit)
- We do have limited spots available in this program – if we are full, we have a waiting list and other services that will allow her to train until a spot opens up
