Tori Packard

(Specialty: Hitters, Back Row/Libero, and All Fundamental Skills)

Tori resides in Athens, and played volleyball for East Jackson High School for 5 years and afterwards she assisted coaching for Jackson county recreation department. She has played the outside hitter and libero positions while playing competitive volleyball.

Tori works full time as an licensed insurance agent and enjoys CrossFit and spending time with her dog Buff.


Phil Pulkin

(Specialty: All Fundamental Skills, All Positions)

Phil has been a volleyball fanatic for over 40 years, first learning the game by playing on Friday nights at church. He watched every US National team game and with a coaches eye learned how the games is played by the best in the world. Having seen the game evolve, He instructs players of all ages and levels from the basics to fine tuning top talents. 

Phil is Safesport, IMPACT and CPR/First Aid certified, having coached club volleyball for 10 months. Most recently, he has lead an Academy system and was the head coach of a 14u Girl’s travel team, as well as given personal instruction to over 20 players. 

Phil lives in Buford with his wife of 26 years Cara and 2 dogs, Miss Dolly and Toby. 


Moira (Mo) Lackey

(Specialty: Hitters, Middle Blockers, Defensive Specialists, Short Service)

Mo Lackey is 23 years old and resides in Jefferson Ga. She’s a graduate from Hart County High School and is a current student at Brenau University, enrolled in their Nursing Program. Mo has been surrounded by volleyball for 10+ years. As a youth, she played volleyball from grades 7th-12th competitively until she suffered a sports injury.

Not willing to give up on the sport, Mo has chosen to devote her knowledge and experience to coaching the upcoming generations of future volleyball players. She has been an assistant coach for P31 Volleyball 14U (2017-2019). She’s been Cedar Shoals’ Assistant J.V. Coach (2021-2022) & Cedar Shoals Varsity Assistant Coach (2022-2023). She’s certified in CPR/AED, & APS.

Mo is left-handed & understands how to play volleyball from a left-handed perspective. Her past positions in volleyball were Right Side Hitter,
Middle Hitter, and Defensive Specialist: she also specializes in short serving. She still plays volleyball competitively and recreationally to keep these skills polished and for her personal enjoyment of the sport. She’s excited to be working with TVA and watching the future of volleyball flourish


Bella Kue

(Specialty: Defense, Passing, All Fundamental Skills)

Bella Kue comes from a family of volleyball addicts. She grew up knowing and playing the sport. She played all throughout school and played club for a year during high school. Unfortunately due to an injury she wasn’t able to play for college but that never stopped her from playing and teaching volleyball. Bella has been playing volleyball around the area for local fundraiser tournaments and coached a 14U team in 2022. 

Bella is CPR/First Aid Certified and is skilled in teaching all the fundamentals in volleyball and played in every position except for Middle Hitter. She enjoys working on defense and passing and believes that a strong defense is a great way to win a game!


Bridget Perez

(Specialty: Middle Blockers, Setters, All Fundamental Skills)

Bridget Perez is a sophomore at the University of Georgia. Her major is Health Promotion Pre-PA with a minor in religion. Before college, she played volleyball for East Hall High School. She was a middle blocker her first year and then became a setter for her remaining years of high school.

She was voted team captain her senior year of high school. She also enjoys tennis and pickle ball in her free time! She is also a Kids Intern at Watkinsville Baptist Church as well as a surgical technician at Limestone Surgery Center. You can catch her going thrifting, water rafting, or eating some ramen! She is so excited to share her passion for volleyball with many others and to get to know you!


Taylor Bebout

(Specialty: Setting, Defense, Passing, Hitting, All Fundamental Skills)

Taylor Bebout lives in Winder, but is originally from Decatur, Indiana. She has played volleyball since she was about 8 years old. She played club volleyball from the age of 10 to 18 at Munciana Volleyball Club in Indiana where she was a 2 time All-American. Taylor played collegiate volleyball at Western Kentucky University, a Division I program, where they were 4 time Conference USA champions and earned 4 NCAA tournament births. Some hobbies that she enjoys include watching Netflix, going on walks with her new puppy (he is just the cutest!), attending her fiancé’s high school football games (he coaches at Lanier High School), and taking care of her plants! She loves being able to help athletes achieve things they never thought they could achieve, as well as not only watching them grow on the court, but also off the court as well!

In her years playing volleyball, Taylor mainly focused on setting and passing, She truly loves doing these things. She loves showing how to dig a ball, how to set from a further location. Positions she has the most confidence in are the following: setter, defensive specialist, and libero. She has also learned how to play the right side while being a setter, so she can also teach athletes how to hit.


J’ernai Argilagos

(Specialty: Setters, All Fundamental Skills)

J’ernai is from New York but was raised in Gwinnett County. She has been playing volleyball since she was in the 6th grade and went on to play college volleyball at Wilmington University in Delaware. She loves spending time with her friends and her sweet puppy Rockie. She considers setting a specialty but is comfortable and confident that she can train clients in all aspects of the game


Nisa Hang

(Specialty: Passing, Hitting, All Fundamental Skills)

Nisa grew up in California and moved to Georgia in eighth grade. She started volleyball in seventh grade and played high school volleyball on junior varsity and varsity. She grew up loving sports like playing basketball, flag-football, and soccer for fun. Nisa grew up around her older brother playing volleyball, which started her love for the game. She loves volleyball and still plays competitively in local tournaments. She recently picked up a new hobby called pickleball and it’s super fun. She is also a Sunday school teacher and loves teaching her kids!

Nisa considers passing and hitting her specialties. She has played all of the positions, besides setting, but can teach every position on the court. When she played in school, her positions were libero and defensive specialist, and she was good at serve receive as well. She is confident in teaching every position and in helping players succeed at becoming better.


Lindsey Langford

(Specialty: Passing, Serving, Hitting, Technique)

Lindsey Langford is 39 years old and resides in Commerce Ga with her husband and 3 daughters. She’s a graduate from Jackson County High School in 2004 and is currently working on a Master’s in School Counseling as well has her LPC. She played volleyball all throughout school and has coached for many years for Jackson County Parks and Recreation as well as one on one private lessons. Lindsey wants to continue to share her knowledge and love for the sport.

Lindsey is certified in CPR/First Aid & AED and has played Left Side Hitter, Back Row Hitter, and Blocker. She is excited to be working with TVA and watching the future of volleyball grow in our community.


Olivia Burrage

(Specialty: Middle Blocker Position)

Olivia is a graduate of Jefferson High School, where she excelled as a middle blocker and led her team to multiple regional championships and state quarterfinal appearances. Her impressive performance on the court earned her recognition as a Prep Volleyball High School All-American. Additionally, she earned two-time 4A Area 8 Player of the Year in addition to earning All-State recognition as a senior.

Olivia has experience as a club coach, having coached travel teams at the 15u, 16u, and 17u levels. She currently plays middle blocker for Kennesaw State University, a Division I program, where she earned her place on the Conference All-Freshman team in year one on the court.
