The Trinity Athlete Development System (TADS) is our results-focused developmental pathway designed to produce game-ready volleyball players who compete at the highest level.
With our proprietary TADS training system, EVERY ATHLETE starts with an evaluation and follows a development pathway based on her current ability and readiness for consistent training.
| PHASE 1: FOUNDATION BUILDER | For beginner-level athletes. This phase builds confidence, coordination, and core fundamentals. Your athlete will learn volleyball the right way and progress to a point where she is ready for more high-level training (phase 2). Approximate time in phase one: 6 – 12 months |
| PHASE 2: SKILL ACCELERATOR | For developing athletes (intermediate level). In this phase of development, your athlete will improve consistency, control, and technique. Gameplay is an important part of her development. She will progress to a level where she can try-out for a school or club team with confidence. Approximate time in phase two: 6 – 24 months |
| PHASE 3: PERFORMANCE ATHLETE | For intermediate-to-advanced athletes. In this phase of development, your athlete will acquire game-speed execution and readiness to compete at highly competitive levels. Your athlete will progress to a level where she will become a “go-to” player on her school or club team. Approximate time in phase three: 6 – 24 months |
| PHASE 4: PRECISION TRAINING (technique refinement/game tactics) | For advanced-level athletes. In this phase of development, your athlete will learn advanced technique, decision-making, and positional refinement. Athletes in this phase of development are competing at a high level (High School & Club) and many have plans to player volleyball at the college level. Approximate time in phase four: 6 – 24 months |
