At Trinity Volleyball Academy, we are committed to providing quality volleyball training and experiences. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances change. Below is our refund policy:
- Camp, Clinic, and Private Lesson Withdrawals: A full refund will be issued for any program if the withdrawal is made at least 24 hours before the start time. Withdrawals made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after the start date.
- Membership Cancellations: Memberships can be canceled at any time. Payments
processed up to the date of cancellation will not be refunded. In addition, client will incur a $150 cancellation fee. Refunds, for remaining charges, will be provided on a pro-rated basis for any full months not yet commenced at the time of cancellation. - Merchandise: All sales are final. Refunds for merchandise will only be considered in cases of defective products which must be reported within 30 days of purchase.
- Special Circumstances: In cases of injury, illness, or other significant life events, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, supported by relevant documentation.
